The Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo
The Q Revo is a good choice if you're looking for a mid-range robot vacuum and mop. It gives a great mopping experience, but doesn't have the features that make up its more expensive sibling.
In tests, it was able to handle dry oats and dust on carpets of medium pile and pet hair on hard floors. But, unlike cheaper models, it doesn't utilize LIDAR to help you map your home.
1. iRobot Roomba S9+
The iRobot Roomba S9+ robot vacuum is one of the most highly-rated robots. It comes with a variety of features and impressive cleaning power, including the dirt compartment integrated into the base of charging. This robot can recognize your habits of cleaning, and suggest automatic schedules that will give you the ultimate hands-free cleaning experience.
Setup is easy, thanks to the iRobot Home app that walks you through the procedure. Once everything is connected, you can start the automated cleaning process at the push of one button. You can choose an overall clean that focuses on cleaning up larger debris like cereal and rice or go for two thorough maps of your home to ensure your entire home is properly arranged.
This vacuum works well both on bare floors and carpets with low pile. It is able to take large objects and does not lose suction as fast as some others do and can remove pet hair without difficulty. It has a difficult time with plush or high-pile carpets, but iRobot claims that future models will be better.
The S9+ is a new design by iRobot that is focused on enhancing the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba that has a flat-fronted D-shaped design. The company hopes that this will allow it to be able to hug the furniture and walls. It's a nice improvement over the traditional hockey puck shape of the majority of robovacs. However, we found it to be only incrementally better than circular models.
iRobot also claims the S9+ has an improved filtering system that blocks tiny dust particles and allergens from recirculating within your home. We think it's a nice statement but not enough to justify a higher price.
Its smart navigation system employs sensors that remember your home's layout and vSLAM technology to map your interior. This allows it to steer clear of obstacles, such as stairs and other barriers, and to clean up your entire house efficiently possible. The iRobot Home app lets you control the robot and schedule cleaning times, as well as establish virtual boundary markers, so it knows to avoid areas that need extra attention.
2. Roborock Q Revo
Roborock Q Revo is a robotic that is a combination of mopping and vacuuming. Its vac settings are just as efficient as those found on higher-end models and its mopping system is even better. Its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of scrubbing your floors than a stationary vibrating pad.

For the mopping system, I was awestruck by its ability to scrub tough dirt off my floors. The two lowest mopping settings, which are less powerful than the high-powered settings, produce little noise, so you can work or watch television without getting distracted. If it comes across the wall or a furniture piece it gently smacks into it before moving along.
What sets the Q Revo apart is that it's designed to run nearly completely on its own, with no need for human intervention. The robo-vac has a multifunction dock that can automatically transfer physical trash to the bin hidden from view and also washes and drys mop pads and replenishes its clean water tank. The app is adept at notifying you when something requires attention, like the water tank being empty or a scheduled vacuuming session being cancelled due to a full dust bin.
You can also create and merge rooms to modify the way that Q Revo treats your abode. This feature is useful for those who have different flooring in different areas of your home, or in the event that you have to regularly get rid of clutter like toys, clothes and books. The robo-vac is also very efficient and was among the top performers in my tests, removing debris from carpets as well as hardwood floors in the first attempt. It is able to vacuum up wet spills. I recommend drying the area with a towel prior to sending it to.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni
The X2 Omni has all of the features you'd want from a top-quality robot vacuum and mop combo and more. This model is also more efficient than the X1 one, because it has a faster charging speed for batteries and can complete a cleaning of about 1,500 square feet in one charge. It also has a bigger dustbin that is more durable and can hold more debris, making it easier to empty it when needed.
Lastly it is worth noting that the X2 Omni has a more intuitive app as well as a voice assistant that works offline, allowing you to control it even when you're not home. It also comes with a smart routing feature that lets it clean specific rooms or areas of your home instead of following a set path.
The X2 Omni is the best robot at mopping. Its mop pads that rotate scrub away tough stains, and its motor produces lots of downward pressure. Its vacuuming performance is outstanding as well and it increases suction when it detects carpet to ensure it's doing the job well. It also has a massive battery that can last for several weeks between charges and its mopping mode is as efficient as any we've seen in the market for a consumer robot.
4. Dreametech L10s Ultra
The Dreametech L10s Ultra is a high-end mop and vacuum robot that comes with a range of features that you aren't likely to find on robots in this price. It is able to create detailed floor maps and identify various flooring types. It's also one of the few robots that can automatically clean and dry its mop pad. These features are great however they can make the L10s more of a premium category. This could make it more expensive than homeowners need.
Created to look like a modern floor cleaner The L10s Ultra is a tall and slim device with an elegant white finish highlighted by mirror-plated silver elements. The front of the machine has a large bumper that protects the furniture and vacuum cleaner when you are moving around your home. Behind the pane at the front is additional navigation technology with sensors that aid the L10s Ultra navigate tight corners and avoid obstacles.
On the top, you'll find one button that serves as the on/off switch. Clicking this will turn on the vacuum, while clicking it again will turn off the vacuum and send it back to its base station. The circular menu located in the center of the control panel allows users to select cleaning options as well as schedules and preferences. The left and right buttons on the screen will bring up the settings menu in which you can alter the way that the L10s Ultra works with your home.

Its mops also do a great job and remove 98.4% debris from our carpet, tile, and wood tests. However, it wasn't as effective in removing sand from the floor or the quaker oats that are on carpet.
